The Future Workforce. Funds advanced STEM (Robotics, AI, 3D printing, Lasers) integrated with essential Trades (AutoCAD, Auto Shop, Woodworking), Home Economics, Budgeting, Finance, and Economics.

Develops brilliant minds trained in both high-tech and practical self-sufficiency, addressing the national skills gap.

PILLAR 2

Expeditionary Educator Fund

PURPOSE

Sustaining Excellence. Funds ongoing specialized professional development (CE) and the salaries for three full-time, dedicated educators: Art, Music, and Physical Education/Nutrition.

Guarantees the integrity and quality of the Expeditionary School of Arts & Sciences model.

PILLAR 3

Community & Access Initiative

PURPOSE

Equity and Growth. Funds the maintenance and operation of three school buses running routes into Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and neighboring areas.

WHY IT MATTERS

Removes transportation as a barrier, increases vital student headcount, and fosters economic diversity within the “crew.”

PILLAR 4

Welfare & Resiliency Fund

PURPOSE

Foundational Health. Funds the re-establishment of the warm/hot lunch program (including summer meals) and the dedicated PE/Nutrition Teacher to integrate wellness and life skills.

WHY IT MATTERS

Ensures students have the physical foundation and Resilience necessary for sustained academic focus.

PILLAR 5

Family Support & Holiday Anchor

PURPOSE

The Safety Net. Funds structured before- and after-school programs and supervised safe-harbor programming during holidays and unexpected days off.
